Individuals will be matched with a nationally certified personal trainer based on their goals, fitness level, lifestyle and personality. Our personal trainers offer motivation, accountability, and knowledge to help you to structure an individualized fitness plan. Partner & Group Training
Working out with friends or with a group can be a great way to achieve your fitness goals by providing accountability, motivation, and encouragement. Partner training is designed for pairs of two, while group training is designed for groups of 3-6 participants. This is a great way for members to share the cost of personal training. If you have similar goals and schedules, our personal trainers will design an appropriate program for your group. Contact the Fitness Manager at 564-5698 to get started.
TRX Group Training
Six-week group training program held twice/week for 45 minutes/session.
Join us for challenging and affordable group personal training! Receive the benefits of personal training without sacrificing the camaraderie and support that a group atmosphere offers. The trainer will create a fitness program that progressively meets the needs of both individuals and the group. Cost: $99 members, $120 nonmembers.
Choose one of our three options:
- TRXtreme. The trainer will incorporate TRX suspension training and various additional equipment to improve your functional mobility, strength, balance, and endurance! Be prepared to spice up your exercise routine and reach new fitness heights with TRXtreme!
- TRX Kettlebell. Swing and pull your way to a stronger, leaner body in TRX Kettlebell! Get ready to work it with this killer circuit.
- TRX CORE. You’ll be challenged to the core! This isn’t your typical training; step out of your everyday routine and into TRX training that offers the versatility to target all areas of your abdominals.
