Learn the basic steps of partner dances including the Foxtrot, the Waltz, the Swing, and the Rumba to help you gain confidence on the dance floor at special occasions. Couples required.

Enjoy exercises and movements to practice balance skills, reduce the fear of falling, increase muscular strength and improve posture, stability, body awareness and gait. Over time, you'll feel steadier and more confident engaging in daily activities, reducing fall risk and preventing further injuries from falling. Thursdays, February 16-March 8, 8:00-9:00am. $36 members, $40 Senior Advantage members, $46 nonmembers.

Parents’ Night Out- for Kids 1 – 10 years. Parents, treat yourself to a night out, and treat your kids to a fun and affordable evening at the RMH Wellness Center! All activities are supervised and organized to create a safe and enjoyable time for your child. Activities include snacks, gym games, a G rated movie, and pizza. Third Friday of each month, 6-9 pm.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Relief (MBSR)- Robert Kyler, MD guides participants through the intensive application of mindfulness meditation and its applications for coping with stress, pain and other life challenges. MBSR includes weekly meetings over an 8 week period and one day-long retreat. Participants are asked to commit up to one hour a day, six days a week to practices such as sitting and walking meditation, mindful body scans and yoga.

Tuesdays, February 28-April 17, 6:30-9pm; Saturday, April 7, 9:30am-4pm

Cost: $350, includes all program materials

Brunch Break- Do you have errands to run or just need a break? Bring your children to the Wellness Center for games, activities and snack while you get things done. First Friday of each month, 9am to Noon. $15 child member, $20 child nonmember, $5 each additional child.
