WAVES IN MOTION-WWP: This soothing warm water class incorporates gentle ROM exercises with walking, balance, and shallow and deep water exercises with fun surprises added to the mix. Participants will see improved function in daily activities.

AQUAFIT-SW:This complete water workout builds muscle, increases aerobic fitness, improves flexibility and helps control weight. No swimming skills are necessary to attend this class.

YOQUA-WWP: Release stress and balance the body in this 45 minute class done in the warm water pool using yoga inspired poses.

MOVEMENT MATTERS: A class designed for seniors and special populations looking for supervised strength, balance, agility and stretching exercises. This is a 45 minute class.

GENTLE YOGA: This class is designed for participants wanting a slower paced and less challenging yoga class. Perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury.

TAI CHI FUSION- (B-I): Taking the best of Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga to create a full mind body experience. The class consists of 25 minutes of Tai Chi and 25 minutes of Gentle Yoga followed by mediation. 55 minutes total class time.

ZUMBA GOLD®- Love our regular Zumba class but feel the pace is to fast. Then this class is for you. Zumba Gold makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications. Enjoy the same Latin flavor Zumba has to offer working all the core muscles. Classes starting Tuesday, January 4th at 12 p.m. and also featured at the Zumba Party class on Sundays starting January 2nd at 6 p.m.
