General Membership


Thank you for inquiring about a membership at the RMH Wellness Center. Our membership representatives provide personal attention to each member. Representatives are available 7 days a week to answer questions and provide free tours.

A membership at the RMH Wellness Center is different in the fact that we offer everything for one price. You get access to our gym, pools, group fitness classes, indoor and outdoor tracks for just one price. Our memberships are month-to-month so you do not have to sign a contract stating that you will be here for a year or two. It’s very flexible! If you are unsatisfied or if you need to leave for whatever reason, you may cancel your membership with a 30 days notice. We do provide all your towels here and the showers are stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. This eliminates having to bring your own. Also, the vanities have lotions and hair dryers for your convenience. Included in a membership is a free fitness assessment, equipment orientation, and exercise prescription so please ask about these if you are interested in getting an excellent workout plan started for you.

For those memberships that include kids, we offer free childcare in our Kidz Klub for 2 hours. Also, for kindergarten age-12, Y.E.S. club is a structured class for members only that offers activities such as swimming and basketball.

What can we do for your family?
Make a family event of it! Enjoy swimming time, program discounts, child care, family locker rooms,etc.

What can we do for your rehabilitation?
Let us help you continue your recovery with staff that is knowledgeable and educated. Get advice from staff that will help you merge your rehab into a workout program safely, so that the proper steps to continuing recovery are taken.
