Our FIT programs combine motivation and inspiration, individualized exercise sessions, sound nutrition advice and meal planning to help all ages make a healthy lifestyle change.
FIT Life—For adults 18 and older
Teen Fit—For teenagers 13–17
Kid Fit—For children 6–12
One-on-One Coaching:
Meet with a fitness specialist to discuss your goals and current fitness level. You will receive a customized workout based on your fitness results and your fitness needs and goals.
Exercise & Fitness:
Weekly workouts with a personal trainer at your pace and fitness level. Intensity level will
gradually increase as you progress.
Nutrition & Diet:
Weekly meetings to discuss nutrition topics, goals and behavior modification. Recipes and meal planning information will be provided. (This program does NOT offer pre-packaged
foods or weight loss medications.)
Teams or Individuals:
Fit programs are available to individuals, teams, small groups, parent and child, etc.
