RMH will host a free symposium, “Orthopedics 101,” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. June 18 at the JMU Festival Conference and Student Center.
Physicians from
RMH Orthopedics and Sports Medicine will offer their insights about the latest developments in orthopedics. Dr. Thomas Weber, sports medicine, will host the symposium. Dr. William Lennen, orthopedic surgeon, and Dr. Mark Coggins, spine surgeon, are scheduled to give presentations.
Discussion topics include:
- Is it time for joint replacement surgery?
- New, advanced technologies in hip replacement.
- Meet our new spine surgeon, Mark Coggins.
